Aah, They Might Be Giants. A band with a 20+ year career. A band with a huge and, surprisingly consistent output. Huge as it is tho every second track on this mix is out there incorrectly tagged as a TMBG song. Humorous as they ( some of them ) are, they have never been recorded by TMBG, someone has heard it, assumed it was label it that way, and voila. The hardest task for me seemed to be picking just 13 bona-fide Giants tracks for this mix. Apologies if your favourite didn't make it. On a different day i would've picked 13 others.Just a few things...DVDA are Trey and Matt from South Park. Track 10 is by a band of that name, they should not be confused with the Giants album of the same name. Track 6? TMBG's humour was never this cruel. Track 26 is a kids show. Does the track even sound like them? Er, no.

Nice way of looking at things. This sounds like it'd be lots of fun to listen to.
It always amazes me how people really don't understand TMBG. Moxy Frnvous is nothing like them, if you ask me. I've had to do some serious cleaning out of the "They Might Be Giants" moniker of a friend's itunes playlist just so Their name isn't sullied by... well, I haven't heard the terrifying-sounding "I Be An Retarded", but "The Beer Song" as TMBG is still a horrible thought. I mean, the band's a friggin' miracle: the most artistic, sophisticated sense of humor since at least Monty Python, if you ask me, and Monty Python didn't have to be a band as well. I'm rating this puppy to the skies... thank you for making this mix exist.
Heh. As a fellow downloader, I have come across this problem endlessly (especially with that damn "Fish Heads" song), so it's pretty creative and relatable of you to mix-ify this common phenomenon. The in-betweeners are fairly enjoyable novelty tunes and you've selected what in my opinion are many of the all-time greatest hits by the band itself, including my very favorite "Dr. Worm", so I'm duly impressed. Triply, in fact, considering that lovely cover art.
I be an impressed person.
