You're making a nice start on the site, welcome.
In my dorm-room days (actually a fraternity house where I had my own bedroom)...the goal was the same as your comments depict: except it was another State, and the music was different--with one whole bedroom wall painted as the album cover to Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon.
(but oh those pretty girls...)

This is great. Dig your Annie, LC, Air and Space Holiday picks. I love the interpol track and the mix has a lovely closer in Sigur Ros. Nice one!
