Packed Like Lemmings Into Shiny Metal Boxes: a driving disc
Comment:
One of the benefits of my ongoing (and seemingly everlasting) project to convert my entire CD collection to mp3 is that it makes it extremely easy to knock up a CD of half-forgotten stormers like this in a few minutes. The downside is that it requires several hundred gigabytes to store them all, and I'm nowhere near finished yet. Still.Feedback:
That's twice I've seen Otway round these parts today- v. strange. Nice mix.
Wow. Love almost everything on this, specially 3, 6, 10, 12, 13 & 20. Great stuff.
really good stuff ... especially love that underworld track.
A fine mix of familiar and fantastic and some new to me's.
Doin the same btw...400 discs down...5000 to go.

Did they ever find the singer of the Manic Street Preachers? I lost track of the story here in rural Mississippi.
James Dean Bradfield is alive & as far as I know well Orchid. That said it wasn't him that went missing it was rythm guitarist (& I use the term guitarist lightly)Richey Edwards who went missing & has never been found.
Isn't he the new bassist in The Darkness?
Good lord, this one could induce cardiac arrest! Love the Ash, Wannadies, Electric Six and Police selections (the first three of which I never would have heard if not for you).
