for the car(summer '98). very pleasing . standard brit-pop. (as well as air and b& s) not indie rock really... too heavy on the verve?

mostly singles i got that year. i really don't listen to much of these groups these days, tho i liked it alot at the time.

this is one i made in '94. mostly indie. title refers to lack of thought put into it (!) flows well tho and i still like it.

the title comes from an old song by the passions. it's a really good song, makes me think of marlene diterich in "the blue angel" or greta garbo in "flesh and the devil".

made this tape for my girlfriend recently. she loved it. willing to trade.. (tapes not girlfriends)

I actually think that having a term such as "emo" is carrying the music-labelling thing a little too far...but this is a nice collection of songs nonetheless. Hope you enjoy it, Mike!
