This is the fourth volume in a series of vinyl-only compilations. Most of it is out-of-print, sometimes deservedly so. Get it here for a limited time.

Interesting stuff. I loved Ten Wheel Drive back in the day & have a couple of their LPs. Saw them once also. Genya Ravan was another Janis Joplin.

Can't believe you included that Mary Kay (Loretta Haggers) Place cut. Her two albums are among my rarities. Thanks for the link as I don't have most of the rest of this stuff, of course.

Loved that timely Peter Boyle cut. Glad to hear Mary Kay Place as I was thinking about her early days after seeing her great turn on Big Love. Now how about some Lenny & The Squigtones for volume five?

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this. Thanks for the link. Highlights for me.. The Heaters, Frances Yip, Mary Kay and the fine medleys inbetween. Just brilliant.

Damn you do good work! From the top drawer tune smithing to the always stunning artwork. I haven't even thought of Dickie Goodman in ages, and the Dave Dudley song is...wellll.....of the the era.
