My friend Jacob said he'd always had a hard time getting into twee because he didn't like the idea of music that was so out-and-out happy, but then recently he'd realized that some of it had some darker themes. So here's a mix of pop (we'll call it twee if you let me fudge the definition for a track or three) that is either sad, sarcastic, bitter, depressing, or just generally unhappy. For Jacob.
