I can't actually take credit for the title...it's borrowed from a purported Monster-era R.E.M. track that's never seen the light of day.

I just got this in the mail and I'm listening to it right now - I must say, following Cookie Monster up with Tom Waits (Particularly "Underground") was a stroke of genius.
