Comment:
This is a prezzy for my friends who have a cabin up in the Sierras. The main activities there are fishing and drinking beer, watching wildlife in the sun and drinking wine, and talking into the wee hours under the moonlight and drinking Manhattans. Hmmm... I should have put some drinking songs on here. Not sure the 8-11 transistions work so well and sorry of the repeat of Nature Boy from another recent mix, but I do love me some Nat King Cole. http://www.sendspace.com/file/3anhrqFeedback:
You cast a wide net my friend.
If a a song is worth using on a mix, then it's worth using again if it so fits, at least so say I! I love going fishing, the fact that I never take a rod is quite immaterial, as it's the drinkin' and chattin' that interest me. This mix would work handsomely for it's required purpose methinks.
love the beatles, nick drake, TGTBTQ, REM, & talking heads tracks
Those opening two bands go very well together.
Very nice, I like that Norah Jones cover, really I dig the whole mix.
