Comment:

The inevita-ble question arises: How come I've skipped over MIX #104 and gone straight from #103 to #105? Hmmmmm...that is a good question. And my answer is that I've got #104 earmarked for something else that I've wanted to put together for a long time, but I'm still missing one CD, otherwise I'd already have it done by now. However, that problem will be rectified shortly, because said CD is on special order, and it's a best-of anthology by...Devo. Yes, you read that right, boys and girls, Devo's joining the party for the next mix! And get this, so is...Elvis Presley! That's right, we're getting a blessing from The King next time around. So stay tuned and don't touch that dial! :-)

And it's a triple "elimination" this time around:
The New York Dolls: Too Much Too Soon (1974)
Black Sabbath: Paranoid (1970)
Led Zeppelin: In Through The Out Door (1979)

And now, ladies and gentlemen, it always gives me great pleasure to introduce you to a new feature. Proudly making its Art Of The Mix debut, I now give you...
DARTH PAZUZU'S STUPID LAMEASS JOKE OF THE MONTH!!

Lisa Says < Rat Salad - "The waiter, his expression unreadable, hesitates only a split second before compliantly taking the order. He then simply smiles, turns and walks away. Lisa's date, sitting across from her at their shared ta-ble, can only stare dumbstruck and slackjawed with his eyes bulging from his skull. Utterly appalled and incredulous, he has no words. But he makes a solemn vow to himself that from this point on he will swear off internet blind dating permanently!"

Ha...ha...ha...ha...ha. Hmmmmm...I fully admit that perhaps it loses something in the translation from thought to screen text.

Stay tuned for more commentary...
