I still listen to the radio sometimes, but it's public radio and therefore different. But now I'm all nostalgic and stuff, so good job! And may I posthumously suggest M. Ward's "Radio Campaign" from the album Transistor Radio?

I had been thinking of doing such a mix, but now I'm glad I didn't. This is so much better than mine would have been. Yay for REM, VU, and Bruce, for starters. Nice job!

Thank the Lord you didn't include Queen's 'Radio Ga Ga! This looks great mind you I don't trust bands without a bass player, so The Doors are a complete no no for me.

Another fun collaboration, bro. It even sounds like radio in that final mix.

In case anyone likes to know, 1, 6, and 19 are covers of Wall of Voodoo, Ramones, and Replacements, respectively.

Excellent choices! Love the VU and Modern Lovers tunes. And "Left of the Dial" is completely essential for any compilation involving a radio theme. :)

9,18 and the last two confirm this mix as one of the finest Radio Influenced ( and indeed any theme ) mixes I've seen/heard..

Sadly I never listen to radio anymore. Too many mixes and CDs taking priority, I suppose. Back in the day, however, it was different. Great mix.
