Comment:

Yet two more eliminations!:
84. David Bowie - The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars (1972) (#127 - 11/1/08)
85. Metallica - St. Anger (2003) (#127 - 11/1/08)

(Wow! Either I'm certifiably insane, or else...St. Anger must not suck nearly as bad as so many people insist it does! Frankly, I firmly believe the fact that I managed to use up every track on the album speaks volumes. Whether it speaks more about that album or just about me I'll leave up to others more objective than I to decide - ha, ha, ha!)

Network News < Whisper A Prayer For The Dying - The closers from Robert Plant's and Jimmy Page's 1993 albums, placed back to back! I think they work really well together, both being quite topical and intense.

New Language / Themes - So the question is: How do I cheat and break my own rules about not having two songs by the same artist - in this case Yes - on the same mix (apart from segued groupings)? Well, it's easy! You simply use one number from Yes...and one number from ABWH! [*wink*]

I'm In Love With My Car < Lovedrive < Turn On The Action - One of the most rocking, high-energy closing sequences I've cooked up in quite some time! The connection between the Queen and Scorpions tracks is pretty obvious, add to that the screech of burning rubber toward the en-d of the Dokken song!

Judas Priest followed by The Beatles..I love that!

A lot of great songs on here. Although, I must confess along with "Pour Some Sugar On Me", "Let's Get Rocked" is a Def Leppard song I'd be happy to never hear again, as I heard it just one too many times when that album originally came out.

Nice to see the Pete Townshe-n-d and Elvin Bishop songs.
