Comment:

Well, here's my second brand spanking new mix after a silence of over two months!

"Cock The Hammer" / "Freedom Of Speech" - I'm really not that much of a fan of rap and hip-hop (unless it's backed up by loud rock guitars and drums, a la RATM or Body Count). But there are quite a few rap numbers I've got scattered across various soundtrack discs of mine that I've taken a liking to. Here are two of them!

"T.V. Eye" / "Cold Irons Bound" - A pair of Todd Haynes soundtrack cover songs. First we've got the young Obi-Wan Kenobi channeling Iggy, and second we've got the former Television frontman dragging a Dylan blues on a cold, dready trudge through the swamps of Dagobah!

Today's elimination (1/20/10):
Various Artists - "Last Action Hero" [O.S.T.] (1993)

this is a pretty rad mix, dude. Danzig, Kiss, Maiden, Slayer. Pretty sweet. I was actually just listening to Reign In Blood and playing NBA Jam (for the SNES) a little bit ago.
