Comment:
Gangbusters was a radio drama that aired for 18 years, from 1939 to 1957, on several differentnetworks with many different sponsors. At one
time in the history of the show, General Norman
Schwartzkopf was the host and narrator of the
show, though sadly, not on this particular episode.
Tom Waits' inclusion is questionable from a historical standpoint, but his sound and lyricism
fit very nicely.
