Title derived from a book of poetry I read last summer by Charles Wright: "Black Zodiac"; Recorded 8/14 & 15/2000 as a pre-birthday present to myself.
Wanted to get Yo Yo Ma, Sinead, Dagobert and Aphex Twin on the same tape 'cause, even though I've been eyein' the Trades--I don't see anthing on the horizon indicating that they're planning recording together soon. Threw "Careful with that Axe, Eugene" on for fun....I'll be chillin' to this one on 9/25.....with an ice cold Corona...and another book of poetry "In Mad Love and War" by Joy Harjo....later!
