Comment:
A mix compiled to commemorate my near death experience coming home tonight...Nothing better than New Jersey Drivers on their cell phones!!! Gotta love it... I've particularly enjoyed the "don't look & don't signal when changing lanes" fad that's been sweeping the nation as well. It's just nutty fun, folks!
Nonetheless, me and my car (...and my ridiculously expensive NJ Insurance Premiums) are unscathed...
Eventually, I will post another mix to share my inner warmth and love towards the inundation of toll booths throughout my great state...for which, I'm certain to include many a death metal tune...
Happy travels my fellow AoTMers!

Feedback:
Looks coooool.
Ack! Sorry to hear about the rough ride home, my friend. This mix looks friggin' outstanding though. Anything that includes The Temptations, Bruce Haack, Gong, Common and Doris Day has my vote. A fine, fine mixed genre effort.
Well, @ least it was impetus for this mix..!
I also love the Garden State's "No Stop @ Sign craze that has hit suburbia. A traffice cop could make his monthly nut with no problem @ all...anyway, Valis will like seeing that Lou Christietrack, I theenk.

Excellent!
Back when I used to bike to & from work I had several NDE's. Always found it helped to put the day into perspective. Certainly nothing that happened at work was worse than dodging city buses & Elston Ave. psychos. Glad to see we both survived so that you can make fine mixes including Doris Day & TrSd GrSs Och Stenar & I can continue to enjoy them.
this looks cool. the album titles for the stuff I haven't heard is making my interest pique.
Top stuff. Love your 9 thru 14 stretch. Well, i don't know track 12 but i'm sure if i did i would...
I love that Bruce Haack traack. And of course the Mongo.
Growing up in Philly, I can definitely vouche for the ineptitude of Jersey drivers....
Glad your brush was just that & led to this wonderful disc!

This looks just great, and I'm so happy to see "The Drunken Hiccups" getting its props. Glad you're OK, and lived to mix another day.
Zoinks! Well at least a boss mix came out of the ordeal. And my man Meek made the grade...
There's nothing like a near death experience to make you feel alive. Lots of fun stuff to be heard here. Would it be safe to operate heavy machinery while listening to this?
sounds like a wild ride
Looks like a fun ride, indeed.;)

Scary. I nearly got totalled by a lorry coming back from Brighton once- heart in head! Great tunes.
Seems signaling and obeying traffic signs are just a waste of time.....everywhere. Glad you made it through! (g.a.b.'s right---I *do* like seeing Lou Christie!!!)
lubbly jubbly mix - especially good to see GONG making an AOTM comeback recently.
you crazy hot rodder you -
so you did the Riverside Jump & then got the Drunken Hiccups? but at least you got a good mix out of it, so -- worth it?
Definitely far superior to the usual movie soundtrack to the car chase/ car crash scene . . .

Oh man, I'm getting into TrSd GrSs Och Stenar right now. Awesome, awesome band, and awesome mix.
Uhm, smashing mix. I was behind a driver tonight who not only signalled, but, came to an almost complete stop at every turn...grrrrr.
