oh man oh man oh man, Do I LOVE powerpop! There IS a 24/7 powerpop internet radio station on 365 live, and -- for the life of me -- I can't remember the name or url... any help? Great cover too.
God I fucking wish that radio had ever heard of The Wannadies, Brendan Benson, Matthew Sweet, Sloan, Zumpano, The Posies, The Raspberries...hell, all of these bands. Even though there are plenty of power-pop advocates here on AOTM and elsewhere, still good and comforting to see you singing its praises yet again. The Wannadies should be famous
powerpop rules! This is full of great stuff.
I wish I could get better reception from that alternate universe . . .
One could only hope...maybe if the whole thing burns to the ground...we can rebuild, again.
