Comment:
Another mix of off-the-beaten track music, blending avant-garde jazz, psych, krautrock, some other-wordly world selections, et al.Enjoy.
All coverart by artist, Kadinsky, being shown at the Guggenheim in New York.

Feedback:
I ride a blue horse thru your synaesthesiac surprise...
Lots I love here.
Mmmm, Kandinsky. Great stuff. Love the Kevin Drumm -> the Richard Grayson piece and the Dnnl II -> the Tibetan Buddhist Monks is inspired.
Very interesting collection.
I'm with Curtis on the Duul II->Tibetan Buddhist Monks. That whole stretch leading up to it from Kemmialset Ystavat thru looks superb, as well.
I only recognise half of this stuff but keep treading that 'off the beaten track' Chris.
Last 3 look glorious, aside from that I only know the Zappa and Animal Collective cuts, but thats good enough for me, the rest is bound to be good.
I dig that Zapp track. Nothing else I know; bien! Great artwork too!
Not bad.
Fabulous artwork. At the risk of repeating myself -- too late -- trade, upload, expedite -- that the ignorant amongst us (that's mostly me) may enjoy and share in the pleasure
I'm sick with worry. Worried that one day you'll request to trade with me. What will I pick?? This week alone you've posted some fabulous mixes. This included. Ah f@@k it, I'll make the first move, how about it?
Unworldly-play on.
Take a trip & never leave the house. Very, very cool stuff.
I'm beginning to realize more and more that you and I have very similar tastes! Top shelf stuff here.
I only know the Zappa and Sigur Ros but that is enough to make this intriguing.
Hell-freakin'-o this is great.
I can almost hear it now.
I can almost hear it now.
I'd love to hear this. Great artist, great looking mix (from what I know).
Know zilch here but I love the cover...forgive me if I'm wrong but shouldn't there be a piece by Schoenberg in this -I have somewhere a book of their letters to each other!
I concur with Rob and Mark here!
Kandinsky and Kraftwerk, a combination found only in the halls of the Gnome. I love imagining how he would have painted these songs.
Very cool indeed. I love the idea of Kraftwerk, Kandinsky, Sigur Ros and Terry Riley on the same mix! Love the cover art as well.
Kandy and I go way back. He'd be proud to be associated with these tunes, especially the power Mako.
