This is the 3rd tape-of-the-month for Amber. The cover features a beautiful nubian princess, hence the title. "Captain Jean Luc Picard" is an enigma to me. 80's synth pop beats are combined with hilarious and cleverly rearranged samples of Patrick Stewart in his Trek days. If ANYONE knows where this comes from or who is responsible PLEASE let me know.

I recently started working at a Mexican restaurant and from day one, all the Hispanics told me I looked just like the south of the border pop star, Aleks Syntek. After 3 months of hearing this and how wonderful he is, I bought his album. It kicks ass and I love it very much. Now, I need to gain about 40 lbs. and a soulpatch and THEN I'll look just like him.

I listened to this mix quite a bit before I put it in the mail today. I miss it already.
