Comment:

The final installment in the first series of ten...more to follow, believe me...but I will be switching gears...you'll seeOnce again, mad probs to the usual suspects...I call them the Psych Squad...hmm, now that sounds like an interesting concept for a mix...see, here I go again! Here's a highlight of the artist with the lengthiest track on this mix...the uber-sublime psychedelic excursion, "This Is An Artistic Statement Part I". On the back of the cover of their album it states, "If you are looking for psychedelic music, do not buy this record unless you are looking for psychedelic music." To which I respond, "Ah, yes, indeedy!"The Beat of the Earth - S/TThe Acid Undergound writes (whom in inspired to make said purchase), "...One of the big discoveries of the late 1980s and it certainly is one trancey organ/guitar tribal surfpsych jam trip stretched over two full sides. Warning: this is too far out for many, though I certainly dig it - close to the heart of the LSD experience, even while the main creative force behind it was opposed to drugs. Essential." And, I couldn't agree more!Enjoy!

Yes, well, this mix is, uhm, nothing to sneeze at...sorry. Favorites here include, but are not limited too, Pan Ron, Jimi and -lgarnas TrSgsrd. Keep 'em coming. Whatever you got.

"The final installment in the first series of ten"Clearly, this series has been the proverbial "labour of love". I compliment you for the quality of presntation, notes, artwork and the sheer depth of the whole enterprise. I hope it is in your plan to make this series available to all. If this is the case, may I add my name to the immense list you must have already collated. Please take that breather you alluded to earlier, and enjoy the silence. Until Part Two, then. :)

My heart goes pitter pat, as I drop down into a flashback. I ask myself... self, where did these tunes come from? I ask myself... self, who is this wild gnome? I never ever expected to hear some of these again!

What a long strange trip it's been. You finished up what is an incredible package from the CD to the cover to the playlist. Now, take anything but an acid bath, for God's sake.
