Comment:

Alas, it's only been a year!
But, finally, here is the final third of the trilogy: The Last of Three Double Disc Sets of Jamaican Music. Covering Roots, Dub, Ska, Dancehall, Rocksteady, DJ, et al.As noted previously, G_oThis is not an attempt to provide the "definative" collection. Rather I wanted to provide a glimpse of the vast scope of the music of Jamaica...Finally, so as to provide a special surprise for all you fine mixers, I am providing links to sample all 120 Tracks of this endeavor!
GREEN: Disc 1
Disc 2
GOLD: Disc 3

Good golly! This looks like it could have been worth the wait. Hard-drive constraints preclude downloading anything at present, but will hope to check these out ASAP.

Wow, this is quite an undertaking. I can't even fathom trying to organize a 6-disc set of my favorite reggae. You've got a lot of my faves here, especially "Life" by Bob Andy and the Althea & Donna track. BTW I've been looking for 'The Best of the Clarendonians' for ages... do you have it?

This needs to be mix of the week. Even I, a complete ignorant of Jamaican music, know it. Thanks for the audio; I'll surely enjoy them when they're done.

You never cease to amaze me, my friend. I'm not sure where you find the time and resources for all the series you've posted here, but we're happy people because of it.
