Another musical window is thrown open. The joy rushes in and refreshes the parts other mixers cannot reach. This gargantuan undertaking of yours inspires naught but awe and, dare I say it, a tinge of pleasure, a glow of knowledge gained. This looks like the dawning of a beautiful segment. I'll get me feather cap and start the dance early. Hey ho...
Really marvellous! Ive got tons of Irish, some Scottish, and plenty of American folk both old and new and i've been trying to plug some gaps, this will go some ways to doing just that. I know several artists but few songs. Consider this folking clicked!
Looks very interesting.
Beautiful. Wispy. Plinks and pluckings.., as if field recordings from an ancient age.
Enchanting stuff! Love that Fresh Maggots track.
Outstanding!
Wow. Late 60s - early 70s were my college years. Ran a coffee house and thought I was plugged into all kinds of Folk from those years, but the only one I know here is Nick Drake. I bow to your knowledge AND collection. Thank you.
for folks sake (again) . . . . excellent . . . hits the spot perfectly for sitting outside now the weather is cooling down . . . (Bert! cool)
Mick Stevens, Meic Stevens, April Stevens, Steven Seagall... I can't keep them all straight! But this is terrific as always. Love the Tony Caro & JOHN especially.
