Comment:

The devil has returned to coerce a mix out of myself & Gobi. Put together almost entirely over a weekend in early August it has been locked in the vault ever since, due to a combination of laziness and errr more laziness. Such was our procrastination that I likened the project to the second Stone Roses album only better obviously. Gobi kicks off the mix and supplies the artwork. See you all in 2016 for the sequel.

Lot of very-good-to-great stuff here, particularly 3, 8, 15 and 19.

Setting Son has always been a fave of mine. Love how it's bookended. Extra points for Ze, Surfers and Donut!

If the aforementioned devil is indeed in the detail, then this mix is riddled with Old Nick's DNA. A maelstrom of cacophonous joy. The "procrastination" ploy has paid off - making us wait for something we didn't realise we wanted, and yet eagerly anticipated - a fiendish and wily plan. A collaborative jewel of a mix. Ta.

Now let's not start slagging off the second Stone Roses album. There was nothing wr.....ah go on the. This mix is MUCH more entertaining and doesn't have long masturbatory guitar solos. That middle section is awesome, and I love the Asian Dub Foundation, Ted Leo and Davy Graham, the man who doesn't know how to spell his own name! :D Really looking forward to hearing this.

Could you not have fitted The Fall's jerusalem at track 14? This looks mighty, mighty fine. About too give a listen. What an excellent choice for an opener..

El Diablo has picked a pair to reckon with! I'm guessing he recognized your horns...well, this'll blow him back to Jerusalem.

Give this a listen earlier today, and it was quite the listen. I really like the final four tracks.

The devil seems to play a big role in your life, Barry. I'm a little concerned. And a little envious. Nice mix though. I love Super Eagles, and for some reason I'm happy to see Cracker making an appearance. There was a (very) brief point in history when I thought David Lowry was poised to take over the world. Oh well.
