Comment:

This tape marks a return to my roots. It's the first cassette mix i've made in well over a year. i don't know what it is, but i still love using tapes. Sure, CD's are so much easier and sound substantially better, but pressing the buttons on the tape player i got for my 12th birthday makes me feel good. That being said, this is just a random of mix of what's been tickling my fancy the past couple of months. judging by the tracklist, i must really be into indie pop lately. hmm.

and for those wondering, "What is "Episodes, Disc 1". it's the background music for one of the menus on an Aqua Teen Hunger Force DVD.

i agree, tapes seem much more personal & they're so much more fun to make. unfortunately, my tape deck is lacking a good set of speakers, so i haven't been able to make a proper mixtape in a while - myself, resorting to CDs. as for this mix, i love the zombies, NMH & fugazi tracks.
