Comment:

Something cooked up to put on a plane to France for the French Connection fella. Some might be familiar to him already but I hope there are some new delights on here too.

It draws heavily on Elephant 6 influenced stuff, melodic psych indie (if there is such a thing)fluffy pop and a pinch of shoegaze. As he's on a High Dials kick right now this should hit the spot. While Cliff gets a shiny CD anyone else who fancies dipping their spoon in this broth click track one for a blended mp3 version. Bon appTtit tout le monde.

Lord love a duck! I know not a thing here Barry! I can understand having a 75% mystery mix, but 100% mystery puts you into Curtis territory!outside, looking in, is all I can say. Oneday, maybe . . . .

Great Monster Movie and Televise picks, although I never thought that the parts were as good as the whole (slowdive). Also, I love the closer.

Wonder upon wonder, Barry. The tracklist is like a whodunnit novel with the last page missing. Downloaded and reconstituting as I type. My eyes are opening...

Well I know Ladyhawk. That leaves 26 of the 27 mountains in this range still to be explored.

I know 2 tracks here. I reckon you'd probably guess which 2 if I asked, but I'm not so I'll say it's tks 23 & 27. I know a few more bands here after being turned onto them by your good self. I shall listen to this later on... By the way, great cover. Very NoV.

Salman1's right, that's a brilliant opener. also loved Half-Handed Cloud, Circulatory System, The Postmarks and most especially The Bicycles. much thanks for the download and for the introduction to some great new music.
