Comment:

pt. 1
pt. 2A personal one. Heavy times, man. Really happy with how this mix turned out, though. Gotta have priorities, I say.edit-Oh yeah, many, many thanks to Rob Conroy for the Grant Hart track. Been in heavy rotation for me a lot lately.

Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. This is soooo sad yet this is soooo great. It actually didn't hit me at first why you'd been listening incessantly to that Grant Hart track, but now it becomes clear. As I told you before, don't hesitate to get in touch, my friend.

And the holiday weekend brings forth a Shawn P. entry. Well worth giving thanks. Oh! And links. Any mix sporting a mv + ee track is well worth expoloring. I know a certain someone who is responsible for introducing me to those artists...

sweet sheeba. i was going to comment on the decadent excess of the opening three, until i noticed number four, and then five-fifteen... it just hurts so good, man.

I hope putting this together gave you some much needed catharsis. Lots here I don't know - you and I seem to have almost exactly opposite listening habits. I'm looking forward to listening t this, and thinking good thoughts about you.

Sometimes I find it difficult to comment on Personal mixes. So I will say I echo the Swede's short & to the point comment. And that this looks ( and sounds so far ) like a fine mix..

Unsure of any "background" or story behind the mix Shawn, but hoping all goes well for you & yours. There's much to admire on here.., much.

Finally managed to get a peek at this one and it's good to see one from you on the site, though I'm sorry the circumstances around the mix aren't good and hope things get better for you :) This looks really, really nice. Excellent choices. I can't wait to hear it. Take care of yourself.
