I made this for a former girlfriend desperately in need of good tunes. It's not quite as subversive as the title might suggest, but still, it isn't top 40 either (at least in the U.S.). This might be my favorite mix I've ever made...a lot of my favorite songs, many of which are from my all-time favorite artists. So many great skewered pop tunes. I should also add that there is an intro, outro and several link tracks from my old Disney LP "A Child's Introduction To Melody And The Instruments Of The Orchestra." I have a habit of making mixes like that.
