Comment:
For my very funny friend who loves to party in her car. For dancing & sometimes just singing.Feedback:
oh yes i'm lovin it....i went to a small place to eat once and loved the music there turned out it was the fruit bats...
You could fill a whole mix with Of Montreal songs that would be the perfect car-party songs, but you still managed to choose one of their finest. I love the blend here of eccentric '80s pop and current indie rock, mixed with some older sounds. It's really cool to see Fruit Bats represented, Joanna Newsom is at least a...provocative choice, and Sixpence are underrated (it's all about Leigh Nash's voice). I only don't get the Nico - why do a lot of people insist this is some kind of happy song? To me it's always been one of the very saddest. I could never party to it 'cuz it just makes me cry big time
