Comment:
I first laid eyes on Mimsie Bohannon at the Carson City petting zoo. An ungrateful goat had made off with her bucket of corn so I took the liberty of offering her half of my feed. We quickly discovered that we share the same surname. Turns out her folks are from Maryland whereas I come from of a long line of Sacramento Bohannons, and until I met Mimsie I reckoned the line was gonna end with me. She had a return bus ticket but I insisted on driving her back to Reno on the Assissi Rider, a trail of corn kernels spilling from the pockets of her red leather trench coat the whole way back. That was yesterday. Tonight Mimsie came over to the ranch and we dined on panther meat. She did her little dance for me, the most beautiful thing I ever did see. Then I gave her the red bone.

Feedback:
Begins and ends in 1963, like Yoko Ono's first marriage. Thanks for throwing me the bone.
I am intrigued........
Yikes.
very good. welcome aboard
Great mix, intriguing notes... welcome!
Very cool all around.
Double Yikes!
Could you by any chance be the Bohannons I met at the roadside motel in Colorado Springs last year? maybe not. that would be quite a coincidence. although "red bone" does ring a bell for some reason. in any case, can't wait to give your music a listen, though it may have to wait as I'm off to a "conference" this weekend...
I'd believe you were justified in giving her that red bone. Matched the trench coat...
Ain't it always the red bone.....
perfectly splendid. loved 2,6 (wonderful/scary!),7,9,12,15... I recently considered purchasing a red leather trench coat, but I remember hearing somewhere that they attract bees. good luck to you out there, Mimsie, when spring rolls 'round.
I been chewin' on this red bone, and I think I'm almost through! Fantastic!
Jesus, this is amazing. I'm sorry I was slow to pick up on the greatness/identity of the Bohannons... Really, really, really great.
Wonderful! A string of gems all tied off with an ending that truly lets you hear your dreams. Welcome you Bohannons...there's some of your kin here too...
Fantastic mix + amusing cover art.
this works on many levels...
again . . . I am so sorry . . . how did I miss this . . . the legendary stardust cowboy always does it for me . . . .
Ok, first an apology. Seems I downloaded this mix at the time yet didn't leave a comment. Very rude of me. Also, seems it took me a full five months before I could be bothered to give it a listen. Anyway, it appeared on my Ipod this afternoon and very soon I was enthralled. I LOVED it. There's one track that I'm intruiged by..'Time Passes'. Does this track even exist? I mean of course it does as I heard it. But wtf? Richard Burton's voice is incredible, and I reckon that is the best thing I ever did hear.. Brrravo!
