this is what i usually fall asleep too, although i usually line up the full albums these are from. these are just sort of the most sleep-worthy tracks.

long repetitive drones help me sleep, and dark ambient soundscapes stimulate strange dreams. sublime nightmares have mingled with a good number of these tracks while waking on many occasions.

i've probably fallen asleep to coil's 'time machines' more times than all of these combined. it's about the best non-pharmaceutical defense against insomnia i've found.
