Having recently been forced into exercise sessions to please the Mrs., I'm surprised by how effective aggressive/energetic-type music is in easing the utter boredom and physical exhaustion of working out. Really gets you in the mood (duh, I guess). Some perfect examples of that on here, too. I'm gonna remember to use the Undertones and Chemical Bros. next time
