Comment:

So. Another one I had in the proverbial "mix hopper" that came together for me this weekend. This one was headed towards "Space madness" territory for a loooong while. Anyways, pretty happy with how it turned out. Oh man, that new Stars of the Lid album is so fucking great! You're about 1/4 ways there to a "space madness" mix just by including 'em. *end unauthorized drunken ramblings* Link to come. edit: oopsie! I went and posted this mix twice. Thanks "Delete A Mix"! p.s. Nothing makes a shitty beer more drinkable (High Life in this example) than 4 or 5 drops of hot sauce right in the ole bottle. Texas Pete works just fine for me. Depends on what your favorite is, I guess.

Your drinking advice looks highly suspicious to me (I can't imagine anything making shitty beer drinkable), but the accompanying mix certainly doesn't!

Another incredible entry. Very much in your mixing style, which is a VERY, VERY GOOD THING!!!

Oh, and as far as making shitty beer more palatable, back in my partying days, I found that guzzling 4 to 5 made the next 6+ waaaay more enjoyable.

Shitty beer aplenty out here in France, hence my fixation with St Emilion; I've been known to sink a few rums in me time too. Where was I? Oh yeh the mix, slurp that's mighty tasty.

Very, VERY nice. God, I love so much on here - Jelinek, ms. Harvey, Clientele, Califone. Wonderful and looks like it'd go down nicely with some hops 'n' water.

Looks excellent, especially the 5-9 part. And I agree about the hot sauce... I add it to everything.
