Comment:

Yes... it's quite cliche. But I made it for a very cliche guy who doesn't really listen to indie music at all, so any obscure, deep songs would have been wasted on him. HE is a waste. Which is why I called this The Decline, it represents the decline of my fondness of him.

Songs 1-6 represent my strong feelings for him, love, I suppose one could say.
Songs 7-11 represent are about my uncertainty of him, how I felt unsure about him.
Songs 12-17 are a goodbye.

A while ago he told me, "If you made me a mix CD, I'd probably fall in love with you", so I hope he can read into this and realize not all mixes are happy. I also hope he can go fuck himself.

Despite the animosity, I truly dig this mix. Neutral Milk Hotel just works so well in between the two other tracks you picked, and you seem to be a big Bright Eyes fan, which is a great thing in my books :)

Firstly, I thought your comments were hilarious, whether that was intentional or not I don't know. Secondly, this is a superb mix. Just great..

nice tunage, great comments, super concept! Of course an 'oldie' by Nillson might also work: "You're Breakin My Heart, You're Tearing It Apart, So Fuck You"?
