Comment:

This is for an anonymous mix exchange encouraging new music. I know two things about the person getting this mix: 1) they like music that falls under the "classic rock" format, 2) they go by Dr. Strangelove. I went for a blast of everything not rock with songs focusing on the odds and ends of sexuality (or just sex, whatever).

It ended up a bit schizophrenic, but I had a lot to throw out there on a single CD. When "new music" might include everything not on one radio station, there're tons of options. However, I think the energy from track to track gives it enough cohesion to work. I'm really happy with the Atmosphere/Shatner pairing.

This looks temendously schizoid. The opening three are brilliant, I need to hear Willie's take on "...Grandpa" (I memorized the lyrics when I was 12), the Spankers, Of Montreal, Shatner, Prima ... yeah, diggin' this.

Wow, thanks for the comments. I'll try to get a zip up after work. Sendspace is the accepted way to do that, right? (never have before)
