Comment:

Soooo, I decided to make a compilation of my favourite band dEUS, a 'borderline pop act' from Belgium. Several criteria had to be met: Giving a rather complete picture of the band's achievement (hence the triology), shuffling authentically between their (heavily differing) musical eras and, keeping with the nature of mixes, finding an appropiate song order and creating some overall flows. It took me at least half a year to complete this task, and one should say that there's still some personal preference reflected (e.g. choosing some b-sides and demos over hit singles from their new album)... But I do feel that I weighed the band rightly, and that anyone can get a concrete idea of what they were/are with those CDs. This first part tries to give an introduction to newcomers, mingling some biggest hits ("Suds & Soda", "Instant Street") with sublime pop tunes. Part Two: MixID-112876 ; Part Three: MixID-112875

I just want to say that it's easy to do the duplicate thing. I've done it before for sure. You think it hasn't gone through, and so you resubmit only to find that it's actually gone through. By that time the damage is done because the recent submissions will not be corrected. The "duh" in the previous comment was uncalled for with hints of "asshole."
