Comment:
I've been feeling a bit retro of late and was working on a few mixes and kept getting stuck, so I cobbled two together and ended up with this hybrid. I am very pleased with the result. The first part is a mish mash of psych, freakbeat, new wave, pop etc and the second goes for classic folk.Zippety-do-dah
Feedback:
Loving that Left Banke and Beach Boys cuts. Can't wait to give this a listen.
Coulda sworn I commented on this earlier must have got side tracked by a plant! Love this Barry #10 was the first record I spent me own money on. I just wondered, "Did You ever? or was it not so much that I would notice?
1-6 are unknowns, but the rest looks, well, righteous! Can't wait to hear.
Will re-comment upon a full listen but this looks fantastic...
the second half especially is really making my mouth water - get that link posted ASAP! can't wait to devour this masterstroke...
looks fine to me
Very nice.
Great stuff Barry. For some reason I missed "The I Kissed Her" as I was growing up - anything to do with "Then He Kissed Me"?
Audio would be great.

really good mix...10cc track is one of the finest pop songs of all time.
I'm with A.D. 69, all the way. Great opener, too. Super cobbler...
This is a five-star piece of fantastic work, Barry. I tip my hat to you.
Fine mix you've cobbled together. Me like the BAnke, Hobbits, 10CC, the End and the Beach Boys.
Looks Fantastic! I don't know whole stuff here, but I love Waits, Young, The Beach Boy & Nancy Sinatra & Lee Hazlewood
really enjoyed walking down this particular path. favorite stops were the 7/8/9 and 19/20 bits. a really good opener also, as usual. nice work, Barrydali.
A wonderful listen Barry. It did answer my question on the Beach Boys, the 10CC was a delight, and the one that really stuck in my head was "Grand Hotel."
Been away, great 9-12 run, Arlo track and the closing three are tremendous. Nicely done.
err, how did I miss commenting on this ? Nice one - cobbling works !
