Most of these songs (or at least the original versions) I was listening to from 5th grade through Jr. High, with a few coming from High School. While Jr. High blasted me headfirst into the Punk era, I never stopped listening to other types of music. KISS was a huge influence in my early years, especially 5th and 6th grade. Boston was the fist LP I ever spent my own money on (saved up from cutting lawns.) Surrender (Cheap Trick) and Running with the Devil (Van Halen) are two great songs from a great movie, "Over the Edge," which is one of the best teen angst movies ever made.
