I had to post my Nadine mix on the same day as Neil Young b/c Nadine is kind of a wannabe Neil Young alternative country band (in the vein of Uncle Tupelo/Jayhawks/etc). Although they are derivative and aren't going to amaze anyone with their innovation or passion or whatever, Nadine is still a great band to listen to -- they are mellow and relaxing. Whenever I put them on a mix, everyone always likes them. I made this mix originally in 2001 before they released their fourth and last CD in 2003. I downloaded some of the songs from that CD from emusic and didn't really like them, so this mix pretty much just combines Nadine's first three CDs. Nadine broke up in 2003 but I recently read that some of the group members (including lead singer Adam Reichmann) are reuniting under a different name. So That I Don't Miss You is an all-time favorite song; other favorites include Lead The Way, Streets, and Still Be There.
