Comment:

the title was kerry's phrase when she requested the tape - basically she wanted an introduction to african-american music by way of my record collection, which is a pretty tall order given the pretty limited scope of stuff i listen to. but i took a decent stab at this. i was sad the day my copy of this broke.

side A was titled "sunday morning my head is bad" and side B was "walking toward a coffee-colored cadillac."

nice selections -- and nothing more frustrating to a mixer than when cassettes break!
