Comment:
A party cd for my friend Lisa. I really love making party mixes because it allows me a certain amount of "aesthetic leniency" during creation; I feel like as long as songs flow well into each other I don't have to worry about sticking two tracks by the same artist next to each other. That being said, this isn't a perfect mix by any means but I personally guarantee it to get the party started. It also has some funny little themes within, such as the triumvirate of "rappers makings songs with bad r&b singers" from tracks 13 to 15. Working out better in the deck than on paper, I'm actually pleased with the end product. Hey, at least she and her girlfriends enjoyed it too.
Feedback:
sadly, this is on the other side of the tracks from where I live, but I'd gladly sneak across on a Saturday night and dance my little ass off all night long.
Hey, as long as you're dancing!
