So I'm having a Purple Rain party this weekend, and felt compelled to make a mix to preface the film. I put some restrictions on myself, which made it interesting: No music that's in the film, and nothing released after 1984. At least one of the tracks (G Spot) broke the second rule, but it was at least written around the time of PR.

Also made use of Cool Edit Pro again which not only allowed for seamless segues, but also allowed me to edit midsections from longer tracks (The Time particularly) which was surprisingly easy. I'm pleased with it!
