This is a primarily acoustic mix I put together for my former housemate
in Davis when I was moving out. I listened to it on a foggy drive up
the Mendocino coast and it perfectly complemented the atmosphere and
view.

A Fond Farewell - but a warm re-welcome back to AotM (2 mixes in a week!). I've loved that Sheila Nichols song since I heard it on High Fidelity, love that 16-23 stretch. And I must pay some attention to Eleni Mandell, she's popping up all over the place right now...
Really sweet - I had all but forgotten about track 2. When I first heard it years ago, it was like a personal theme for months - yeah, I was a barrel of laughs then. The Vega track is also one with special significance. Really great mix here.
Happy to see that the last mix you posted wasn't a fluke. The perfect soundtrack for a melancholy road trip. Need someone to share the ride next time?
