Comment:

The first version of this mix appeared a couple of years ago, but I decided to re-visit it recently and produce the new improved version that you see here. I've been a fan of zombie films for many years and my interest was re-awakened recently by news that George A Romero was bringing out a new film. The Romero classics were a big influence for this mix, as I suspect they were for the majority of the songs on it, and I've been very impressed by Max Brooks's two excellent books `The Zombie Survival Guide' and `World War Z'. If you like the sound of this mix, or if you're just a living-dead-head like me, I've already done a second volume. I just need to finish the cover.
