As unfamiliar as I am with most of the songs here (even if I recognize most of the artists' names), oddly enough I am quite familiar with the symphonies of Gustav Mahler! I think putting the Adagietto from the Fifth Symphony back to back with Patti Smith's Beneath The Southern Cross is sheer freakin' genius! :-)

Mahler was a favorite of my ex-girlfriend from Montreal, so this one brings back sweet memories.
