Comment:

A long but productive day brought five CD's for less than $10 (three discs and fifty songs of Waylon Jennings as well as the Lemonheads and Jesus Jones) and dealing with going back to school for a second bachelor's degree in journalism (following a BA and MA in history and minor in business administration) . . . haggles with Financial Aid were especially frustrating & I went home and finished this mix began last night and early morning instead of hitting the bar. . . . Title from the Band (a chick like that would have been nice to meet at the bar had I went tonight).

Always liked that Elastica track, though I haven't heard it in years. And great picks from Dino Jr, Sugarhill Gang, Gang of Four, Whodini, and Waylon.

WOW!! :-) I am seriously liking what I see here. You've got everything from Otis Redding to Anthrax (covering the Beastie Boys), ZZ Top to Television, Captain Sensible to the Band, Queen to Gang Of Four!

I've always loved Dragon Attack, considering it one of Queen's more overlooked and underrated numbers (although personally think that Liar takes the prize for the most overlooked and underrated!), and I totally dig Just Got Paid by ZZ Top (classic riff!).

*SIGH* It's just really too bad about poor, poor Waldo Jeffers, though... :-(

A mix of the good (Gang Of 4, Pretenders, Dinosaur Jr., VU, Television) the bad (Jesus Jones, Faith No More) and the ugly (Alice Cooper, ZZ Top). As you can see the good is by far the most dominant, imo.

I saw this one, but never went back to comment. Well done, I don't love everything, but I definitely like the Waylon, Otis and the Band. Oh, and VU, U2 and ZZ Top.
