Comment:
Kathryn and I are journeying north to Sheffield this weekend and will be DJing in the city. Some of the tracks on here will almost certainly feature. For those with an inquiring mind come and discover us, you'll have to use your initiative as I've forgotten the venue's name.Feedback:
It will be the one with the huge waiting line around the block. We're there, folks.
I'd fly to Sheffield to hear this set. Looking great, kids...
Wish I could be there.... Looks like a great listen.
I'd walk to Sheffield to hear... well, I'd certainly drive. Heartthrobs, Autumn Leaves, Jetset, AiS. Great stuff. A favourite Depeche Mode track for me as well..
I wish I were nearby, happy to see Stupid Girl on here.
yowza this looks incredible - sounds like it's gonna be a GREAT show...
Lovely mix.
Enjoy your trip to Sheffield, but try to avoid using the valet parking. Wish I could be there! BTW, cool tunes from MBV, the Heart Throbs (where are they now?),AIS, Cristina and Joyce.
This would almost certainly be the best thing in Sheffield (this year?)
How can anyone NOT love a mix that juxtaposes MBV & Bettye Swann? Great stuff (as always)
Lately I've been discovering that there's a lot more to Grace Jones and The Pointer Sisters than most people realize. when you will be spinning through Seattle?
Talk about double-parking! Though, I imagine this occured outside one of the venues you were DJing. So, really, how can you blame the driver for their enthusiasm?
That's my favorite Pointer Sisters track! It's so good Pilooski couldn't even improve it (and frankly should've left it alone). Also dig the Sidan, Joyce & Cristina.
