A very fine musical representation of the era
I always feel a bit nostalgic on Sunday evenings (Ed Sullivan show or Wonderful World of Disney, anyone?), so this perfectly fits the mood.
Fun. Loved Steve's comment.
wonderful. i particularly love Kansas City.
Spiffy! Every one's a winner. My favorite version of Love Potion No. 9 too...
Great stuff here, top to bottom! I'm with Mahdishain...just can't help getting all goofy and smiley at the first few notes of that Kansas City record...
All aces here. I can't even pare down highlights, so let's just say that 1-16 run is pretty phenomenal....
Excellent! A wonderful diversion, Karen. Why does Singin' The Blues make me so happy? Love everything here..
ditto sammy - nifty? quite nifty
Goes to prove that English music was rubbish in the fifties. How we needed the Beatles.
Finger snapping, foot tapping fun!
Ooh, right up my alley. I firmly believe Why Do Fools Fall In Love is one of the greatest songs ever. I feel like dancing now,
This is just great. Congratulations!
I watched a TV like that once. Nice trip down memory lane.
Man, this nasty Trojan mess almost made me miss a DJ Karen mix!Top notch, from top to bottom...
cool set, Karen. would love to hear it, as I know a lot of these artists, but am only real familiar with a few tracks here.
Keen mix! Can't wait to pop this in my jalopy and "agitate some gravel."
Oh yeah, love all this stuff.
I am so listening to this on my next road-trip.
