Comment:

Another random ransacking of various musical genres. A miniscule slice of odd jazz from Mr.Nordine, some early Gainsbourg, some weird German funkiness from Adam and Eve, Adam wrote "Don't Bring Me Down" for the Pretty Things, and even the tune that got Joe 90's wires jerking; apparently it was loved in Northern Soul circles. The Dave Dee track is the B side to Zabadak and is from somewhere beyond the beyond. Who would have thought they were capable?

Pissed off the picture didn't appear. The dimensions weren't too large so what's the problem?

You can embed the picture using HTML at Photobucket or Flickr, then you can make them doowad-big!I have never heard of Uranus, I'm just glad I know 4 & 5. Looks like fun, do you and Kathryn wrestle much?

I ache to hear almost every one of your mixes. How about you just throw them all onto an mp3 for me and be done with it?!
Another fantastic looking one, love the opener, 4/5, 17,19 and of course the wonderful Faded Glamour. Very fine..

Ransacking is what it's all about. Musical mash-up mania! Always a treat from you two.

This looks cooler than cool. I love Northern Soul, too. Lots of stuff to investigate....

Looks like the cat's meow. Like Sammy said, we'll have to get a listen to some of your mixes one of these days.

Wow. So much I don't know here. Looks mighty interesting though. I'll have to pursue a lot of the bands here.

I wrestle with my cats all the time, but I have a feeling they're just letting me win. What I know, me like: Sandie Shaw, Traffic, The School (yeah!), The Creation and Nordine. Shouldn't it have been "Unenlightened and Right Wing" between "America" and "...Bush"? Wish you had a quiz to win a copy. What happened to those, anyway? Were you tired of me winning? ;)

Sorry we can't see the cover you created. Have you tried posting it again? You might try a different online service than you normally use, like Safari or Internet Explorer. Sometimes that works for me. Might also try changing the name of the file.

Wonderful opener, and the rest appears to follow suit, though a certain amount is new to me. Nice!

My brother recently got me the 4-CD Nuggets II box set (on Rhino Records) for my birthday! It's got several numbers from the Creation, and Biff Bang Pow really rocks (although I'm a bit more partial to Making Time myself)!
