Comment:

"Do you want to touch me there? Where? There? YEAH!" This is the first mix I've made for a new swap partner. Basically it is full of ridiculousness. YEAH!
(I came this close to including an insane club remix of The Final Countdown, but I realized that would demolish any possible hope of being taken seriously ever again.)

Wickedly fun. Love your title track, though I'm partial to the Sonic Youth version myself.

It's that Family Fodder track that injects a fizz into my heart.

Now this has got some cool stuff on it. I particularly like the Gary Glitter, Spinal Tap and Ian Dury numbers! (Although, for reasons both musical and non-musical, I prefer Joan Jett's version over Gary Glitter's original.)

And regarding your proposed inclusion of the Final Countdown remix: Who freakin' cares whether or not people take you seriously or not?! Take me as a shining example! Do you honestly think I would have even bothered sharing 102 mixes (204 discs' worth!) of songs with all of you if I even had even the slightest illusions about having any kind of credibility whatsoever?! I'm the kind of guy who puts the Cocteau Twins, Krokus and the Monkees on the same mix, for crying out loud!! Hey, it's only music, people! (Ha, ha, ha!)

On your next mix, just go for it! Go ahead and include the Final Countdown remix! :-) I'll be sure to give you a favorable comment, if nobody else! [*wink*]

And judging from what I'm seeing here, it looks like the comment section is functional once again. YAY!
