Comment:
This is a mix given to my fiance for our three year anniversary. We're getting married in six months and it was meant to tell the story of us since we met nearly five years ago. This may sound familiar: We were friends for a long time, and then we weren't and then we fell in love. Some explanations:I made this to be told from both sides, so songs like Singing In My Sleep, I Want To Be Your Girlfriend, are meant to reflect her feelings. Philadelphia is where we went to school together and where we met. Yellow is her favorite color and meant to show the hold she had on me when all I could see was her face everywhere I went. We were together for two weeks before going our seperate ways in Europe, she to Rome, me to London. That's where disc two picks up after the downer ending of disc one. I proposed to her in Boston before moving to Washington DC for work and have been doing the long distance thing ever since. I realize some of the songs are way too sappy but she's more of a top 40, 80s retro girl and this was the best way to get through to her while still giving her some fairly offbeat stuff I like.

what a wonderful gift :)
Never thought of this before but Marge is kinda hot...
Very, very good mix... But it could have used a bit of "Nookie", I'm thinking.
beautiful. i love it. you're a genius of love and emotion.
A most romantic mix! I think it is great, but I am a sucker for this kind of mix. Those are great sound clips, too.
