Comment:

This is a 70-minute mix I made to showcase a 6-hour DJ set I played at the Cat Club in San Francisco on Halloween night. I decided to focus on industrial/goth music from the 1980's because it's a genre that really evokes a creepy, fun party environment.

For the mix, I used sound clips I pulled from classic horror films to bridge songs. I think this worked fairly well considering a number of the songs already sample film dialogue. Almost all of the song versions on this compilation are either 12" versions or other remixes.
